International conference of the European Association for the Study of Religion - EASR 2016 “Relocating Religion”

Aleksandra Djurić Milovanović, PhD, research fellow of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA participated at the international conference of the European Association for the Study of Religion - EASR 2016 “Relocating Religion” held from 28th June to 1st July 2016 at the University of Helsinki (Finland). In collabration with Dr James A. Kapalo, Aleksandra organized a panel „Dislocations and Relocations. Transformations of Orthodox Christian Movements“. Dr Djurić Milovanović presented the paper entitled „The God Prayers and the Lord’s Army: a case Study of the two Orthodox Renewal Movements in the Interwar and Communist Yugoslavia“.
