International symposium “Traditional Culture and Globalization”

Annemarie Sorescu Marinkovic, PhD, research fellow of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA, took part in the international symposium “Traditional Culture and Globalization”, held on June 24, 2016, in Arad (Romania). This event has been organized annually by the Arad Cultural Center starting with 1999. Annemarie Sorescu Marinkovic was the moderator of the panel Globalization and Identity, and also delivered a presentation entitled Between Linguistic Identity and Language Policies: the Bayash from Vajska (Serbia).
