The Institute for Balkan studies SASA and the National Library

The Institute for Balkan Studies SASA and the National Library of Serbia in Belgrade signed a protocol defining the basic parameters of their cooperation on the 15th of April, 2013. The protocol was signed by Dušan T. Bataković, director of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA, and the current superintendent of the National Library, Mr. Dejan Ristić.

The above-mentioned protocol foresees the publishing of important publications regarding the history of Serbia and the Serbian people, as well as the publishing of testimonies, anthologies and travelogues on Serbia and the Balkans, all in foreign languages. The protocol will also encompass technical support for these two institutions, in the form of a system for mutual cataloguing being put into place.
