General assembly of the International Committee of Historical Sciences

ICHS, the International Committee of Historical Sciences, an umbrella international association of historians that brings together 54 national committees and associations of historians and 35 international thematic commissions held its general assembly in Tokyo on October 25 and 26, 2024.

The general assembly held once every four years was dedicated to the reorganization of the work of the Committee and preparations for the celebration of its centenary, which will take place in 2026 in Leipzig.

The Serbian National Committee was represented by President Vojislav G. Pavlovic, director and principal research fellow of the Instittue for Balkan Studies SASA.
