Visit from colleagues from the Institute of Balkan Studies and Center of Thracology, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

On November 22^nd 2023, colleagues from the Institute of Balkan Studies and Center of Thracology, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in Sofia, visited the Institute for Balkan Studies, SASA. The meeting was held within the Interacademic Cooperation of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The cooperation is a part of the project Serbian-Bulgarian relations and great powers in the 19th and 20th centuries, which is headed by academician Mihailo Vojvodić.

The meeting was attended by colleagues from Bulgaria, Dr. Mariyana Stamova and Dr. Dimitar Dobrev, as well as corresponding member of SASA Dragan Bogetić, President of the Board for Balkan Studies of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Dr. Dragan Bakić, Dr. Dušan Fundić and Dr. Bogdan Živković from the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA. The Bulgarian colleagues presented their current research in Belgrade. The other subjects were the past and future cooperation between the two institutions.
