New project by the Science Fund
As part of the PRIZMA program, announced by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, associates of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA were granted funding for a project in the field of social sciences and humanities entitled: Viticulture and Winemaking in the Central Balkans (15th–19th Century) (BalkViWine).
The principal investigator is Nebojša Šuletić, Ph.D., research associate of the institute for Balkan Studies. A member of the team is Ognjen Krešić, Ph.D, research associate, who presented the project at the ceremony organized on the occasion of the beginning of the PRIZMA program implementation.
In addition to the Institute for Balkan Studies, three other institutions are participating in the project: the Faculty of Philosophy (Aleksandar Fotić, Ph.D.) and the Faculty of Philology (prof. Sonja Petrović, Ph.D.) of the University of Belgrade and the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Novi Sad (Assoc. Ph.D. Miroslav Pavlović and MSc. Dragana Lazić Stojković).
