The Third Balkan Studies Conference. Cultural Inheritance and Diversified Development

Dr. Vojislav G. Pavlović, principal research fellow of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA, took part in The Third Balkan Studies Conference. Cultural Inheritance and Diversified Development, on September 21 and 22, 2023, organized by Beijing Foreign Studies University from Peking with the presentation The Cultural Heritage of Byzantine and Ottoman Empires in the Balkans. Dr. Boris Milosavljević, principal research fellow of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA, participated in the conference with a presentation: Medieval Heritage of the Balkans: State, Theology, Philosophy, Culture.
Dr. Vojislav G. Pavlović participated in the conference People to People Exchange Forum: China - CEEC Think Tank Studies and Exchanges on September 23, 2023, organized by Beijing Foreign Studies University from Beijing, with a presentation: What Future for the Western Balkans between Europe, Turkey and Russia.
During his stay in Beijing, Dr. Vojislav G. Pavlović also held lectures at the master studies at Beijing Foreign Studies University BFSU: Kosovo Saga and the Creation of Serbian National Identity and The Image of Tito in the US Press 1943-1961.
