Presentation of the project “Vulnerable Languages and Language Varieties in Serbia” (VLingS)
On Friday, November 25th 2022, the members of the Institute of Balkan Studies SASA, Annemarie Sorescu-Marinković, senior research associate, Svetlana Ćirković, senior research associate, Mirjana Mirić, research associate, and Anđela Redžić, research assistant, presented in the congress hall of Vukova zadužbina the project “Vulnerable Languages and Language Varieties in Serbia” (VLingS).
The project is implemented within the scope of the IDEAS program supported by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, no. 7736100. Other members of the research team from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade and the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad also took part in the presentation of the project. The presentation aroused great public interest, and the discussion that followed touched upon the best methods to document endangered languages, as well as open access to the results of the research
