Conference "Material and Spiritual Culture of Serbs in Multi-Ethnic Environments and/or Peripheral Areas"

From 12th to 16th October 2022, the conference Material and Spiritual Culture of Serbs in Multi-Ethnic Environments and/or Peripheral Areas was held in Timisoara, organized by the Faculty of Philology, History and Theology of the Western University in Timisoara, the Faculty of Philosophy in Niš and the Union of Serbs in Romania.

Anđela Redžić, junior research assistant of the Institute for Balkan Studies of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, participated in the conference with the paper "Folklore structure, idiomatic expressions and similar structures as part of the corpus - place in the structure and possibilities of analysis".

After closing the meeting, the organizers took the participants on a tour of the Hodoš Bodrog and Bezdin monasteries in the Arad district.
