Memorandum of cooperation

The director of the Institute for Balkan Studies (SASA), Dr. Dusan T. Bataković and the director of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology "NN Mikluho-Maklaj "RAN Marina Martinova, signed, a memorandum of cooperation between the two institutions in the field of ethno-anthropological research on  December 15^th, 2016. Guests of the Institute for Balkan Studies (SASA) on that occasion included Konstantinova Svetlana Smirnova, president of the council, "the Assembly of Peoples of Russia" and Dr Venali Amelin, director of the Research Institute of   History and Ethnography of the Southern Urals. Research associates of the Institute for Balkan Studies (SASA),   Dr Ljubinko Radenković and Dr. Aleksandra Đurić Milovanović also attended the meeting. The possibilities of improving scientific cooperation in the field of humanities were discussed with Russian colleagues.
